Once your CNC routed project leaves the cutting table, it is drilled and edge-banded as required. After that, you may want to finish it with a colour coat or a protective layer.
Because we have our own spraying facilities, we handle this much faster than outsourcing. Additionally, our in-house team ensures consistent quality and a quick turnaround.
We specialise in spray painting with a wide range of finishes to make your project look fabulous. With the right products and processes, we transform ordinary pieces into flawless designs.
Whether you want a matte or satin finish in this year’s trendy colours, we can deliver. Or, if you prefer, we can polish it to create a smooth, eye-catching shine.
For something unique, we can even coat it in real metal or apply a metallic effect. And if you love bold designs, we can add glitter to make it sparkle brilliantly.
The first step in finishing is picking a colour. The world is your oyster when it comes to colour.
We can accurately match colours in one of two ways. First, if you like a colour from a commercial paint range, we can help.
Simply provide the paint code, and we will search it out in our extensive paint library for an exact match.
In the rare case we don’t have a recipe, we can still match it using samples or books with our machine.
You also may have an object you want to match a colour to; we can often help in this case, too.
The sample should be flat, not textured. It must also be clean, uniform, and larger than a £1 coin.
Some projects don’t need colour. However, they will still benefit from a clear coat for added durability.
We either add a protective layer or provide a sheen level. This sheen may match or contrast the project’s final environment.
Depending on the project, we can also advise which product would be most effective in helping you achieve your goals.
Once you have chosen your colour or clearcoat, you need to decide what finish you would like it made up in.
In simple terms, paints are made up in Matt, Satin, or Gloss. These refer to how much light reflects off the surface.
A matte reflects very little light and has a dull appearance. Meanwhile, high-polished gloss reflects most of the light.
We usually describe the sheen level in percentages for easier understanding.
Our standard finishes are: Matte 10% and Satin 25%.
Premium finishes are: Very Matte 5%, Velvet Feel 2%, and Gloss 85%.
Premium plus finishes include: High Polished Gloss, Liquid Metal, Chrome Effect, and Clear Polished Polyester.
Polyurethane and Water-Based Finishes
Our core range of paints are mixed in Polyurethane as standard. However, they can also be made up in water if required.
Both paint ranges come in the finishes described above. With correct preparation, they can be sprayed on wood, glass, metal, and plastics.
The key to great spray painting finishes always begins with preparation. Careful groundwork ensures the best possible results.
We use a range of fillers, combined with extensive sanding by hand. Additionally, we use specialised machines to achieve a smooth surface.
Edges and corners receive extra attention before applying the appropriate primer. This is carefully chosen for both the topcoat and substrate.
Once cured, the primer coat is sanded again. This step removes any minor imperfections that may still remain.
Through the right processes and attention to detail, we create the perfect surface. This allows our sprayers to apply your chosen finish flawlessly.
If part of your project contains real wood, we ensure a consistent look. A specialist primer hides the grain for a completely flat finish.

Delivery
To maintain quality and treat your pieces correctly, we operate our own collection and delivery service from start to finish.
Our experienced drivers operate Monday through Friday. They aim to collect or deliver within two days of your enquiry.
Normally, projects are collected or delivered the following day. This ensures speed without compromising on careful handling.
For medium to large projects, this service is provided for free. The area covered includes the M25 and South Hertfordshire.
Smaller projects may include a small charge, it is decided fairly on a case-by-case basis.
We also accommodate large projects using a long-wheelbase Luton van. It transports items up to 5m long and 2m high.
For smaller items, we can instead send a smaller van, ensuring efficiency and the right fit for your project.
